Od kilku dni po południami walczę z liśćmi, które zalegają pod płotem i kątach, tulipanami i ich zabezpieczeniem przed gryzoniami.

W piątek raniuśko byłam na siłowni. Po pracy a zakończyłam ją wcześniej niż zazwyczaj, wyszłam na yard. Obcinałam uschłe liście ciemiernika. Niektóre krzewy były pokryte liśćmi i nie mając dostępu do światła pochyliły się do ziemi. Po odsłonięciu potrzebowały kilku godzin aby się wyprostować i stanąć w pionie.

Pozostały mi jeszcze szafirki do wysadzenia ale one będą rosły w doniczkach. Mają bardzo cieniutkie listeczki i bardzo często mylę je przy wyrywaniu z małpią trawą. Nie chcę już tego rodzaju niespodzianek, zamiast długiego korzenia zobaczyć białą cebulkę.

Wczoraj również pracowałam na jardzie. Mój ogród nabiera wyglądu ale na prawdziwe uroki trzeba będzie troszkę poczekać. Od tygodnia pogoda była letnia i opaliłam się już trochę. Odznacza się pasek od zegarka na ręce jak też krótki rękawek od bluzki. 👚

Dziś niedziela i nareszcie będę mogła odpocząć. Żadnego jardu i pieczenia chleba, chałki i słodkiego ciasta. Wszystko to mam. MM zaopatrzył w sklepowe, abym w końcu odpoczęła.

No i nareszcie wszystkie ozdoby świąteczne zdjęte i zaniesione do podpiwniczenia.

Syn chorował w czwartek i piątek. W sobotę poszedł do pracy ale o 12pm był spowrotem. Przeziębienie z zatokami. Jak to większość z nas …nie potrzebuję żadnych lekarstw…. ale jak głowa pękała to podjechałam do CVS po tabletki 💊 od zatok. A w CVS pusta półka, niespodzianka. Po przeciwnej stronie ulicy Walgreen, a tam do wyboru ale nie koloru. Wszystkie w podobnym opakowaniu ale o innym działaniu. Syn wyleczył się i dziś jeździł nad rzekę pobiegać.

MM dziś pracuje przed komp.

Córcia robiła porządki przed domem. Dziś odpoczywa.

Iv dziś pracuje.

A ja? Będę się nudzić.

For several days now, in the afternoons, I’ve been battling with leaves that have accumulated under the fence and in the corners, and tulips bulbs and their protection against pests/rodents. 

On Friday morning I was at the GYM. After work, I finished it earlier than usual and went out to the yard, not to admire, but to work. 

I cut off the dead leaves of Helleborne flowers. Some flowers bushes were covered with leaves and having no free access to light and bent down the ground. After being cleared of leaves they needed several hours to straighten and stand upright. 

I still have grape hyacinths to plant, but they will grow in pots. They have very thin leaves, and I often confuse them with monkey grass when pulling them out. I don't want this kind of surprise anymore, instead of a long root I want to see a white bulb.



Yesterday, I also worked in the yard. My garden is taking shape, but it will take a while to see the real charms. The weather has been summery for a week, and I've already tanned a bit. There is a watch strap on my wrist as well as a short sleeve on the blouse.


Today is Sunday and I will finally be able to rest. No yard work or baking of bread, challah and sweet cakes. I have it all. MM bought some from the store so that I could finally rest.

And finally, all the Christmas decorations were taken down and taken to the basement.

My son was sick on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday he went to work but was back at 12pm. Cold with sinuses. Like most of us…I don't need any medications…. but when his head was pounding, I went to CVS to buy sinus pills. And at CVS there's an empty shelf, surprise. 

There’s a Walgreen’s across the street, so I drove there. There was, very large selection. All in similar packaging but with different effects. 
My son recovered and today he went to the river for a run.

MM is working in front of the computer today.

My daughter was cleaning in front of the house. Today she is resting.

Iv is working today. 

And me? I'll be bored.
