Zaplanowane na dziś ćwiczenia na GYM zostały wykonane👍. Dodałam ćwiczenia na wioślarzu. Godzina na GYM, bardzo dobrze na mnie działa. Czuję się sprężysta. 🤣

MM wciąż mi towarzyszy i aby jak najdłużej. Ma problemy z kolanami. Czasami mu puchną no i oczywiście bolą. Stosuje opaski i skarpety kompresyjne. Niestety ale 10h przed komp swoje robi. Przerwy które stosuje są bardzo krótkie. Ale, dobrze że może sobie pozwolić nawet na krótkie.

Dziś dokańczam gipsowanie sufitu i ścian w łazience. Gdybym dziś skończyła to jutro pomalowałabym sufit.

U mnie jak zwykle, zobaczymy jak życie pokieruje.

Wszystko wskazuje, że jutro będę malować sufit. Najgorszą elektrykę bo w kabinie prysznicowej, dziś skończyłam w 80%. Na jutro pozostało szpachlowanie wokół puszki rozdzielczej. Prawdę mówiąc nie musiałam nawet prądu wyłącząc. Pracowałam bardzo ostrożnie i w całkowitym skupieniu.

Jestem z siebie dziś bardzo zadowolona. Dużo pracy wykonałam i widać już postępy.

My husband is still with me and for as long as possible. He has knee problems. Sometimes they swell and, of course, they hurt. He uses compression bands and socks. Unfortunately, he often sits in front of the computer for 10 hours, which is not healthy for the body. The breaks he takes are very short. But it’s good that he can afford even short ones.

Today I’m finishing patching the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. If I finished today, I will paint the ceiling tomorrow.

As usual for me, we’ll see how life takes its course.

The only thing left for tomorrow is to putty around the electric box. I tell you the truth, I didn’t even have to turn off the electricity. I worked very carefully and with total concentration.
